P3D What % of slides do you Mount?

Dave Kesner says I must be a pretty lousy photographer to mount only
25-35% of my slides. The correct word is "lazy" or perhaps very "busy".
:-) I don't mount marginal slides but I keep the chips in small boxes
marked by date or subject for possible future use. This year I threw
several boxes away after a second review.:-) Why? In "stereo years" I am
still a young man.....I will hopefully take thousands of photos and keep
the ones that represented my "vision" when I pressed the shutter. How
many wedding photogaphers hand over the negatives to other people? Very
very few. Why? Because the success yield is not as good as others would
expect......they have pride and reputation to protect. I think anyone
that strives to better their abilities rarely keeps failed works lying
around......but I could be wrong. Mounting is also a laborous task for
me because I want to get it right. Why waste the time ( and I take the
time) to mount correctly if the image does not motivate you? I'd like to
hear a quick reply from the list. Post your % of mounted slides ( not
slip-ins) VS ones you don't mount.....if you will. This would make for
an interesting observation....perhaps I'm the laziest one on the list!
