This is the parallax barrier based autostereoscopic
display developed by Dresden Technical University 
in Germany.  It also includes a head tracking system
which works quite effectively.

They have demonstrated their equipment at the
Stereoscopic Displays and Applications conference 
demonstration session for the past three years:
