  Dual cable releases are often discussed
here. There is the ~$40 Olympus one from
B&H and the one that Reel 3-D sells.

  Richard Rylander (on the MF 3D list)
made his own. It's very clever and
inexpensive to boot. I have his photo
and descriptions up on my web page
