P3D Standardizing Mounts

Restricting full frame projection ( by equipment limitations / or salon
rules etc.) is not necessarily a stereo evil, but rather an opportunity
to make greater adjustments to composition and the stereo window.
Several of my best shots that placed in competition were masked down to
7p or 5p.....in fact the critical window adjustments made the images
better!
I thought most stereo mounts were the same size, only the aperatures
varied?  Full frame shots will not allow room for adjustments like
through the window effects etc.
