Instead of simulating the moving of the head, your camera 
simulates rolling of the eyes with the head holding still.  I'd 
predict good stereo in the middle of the view, with the 
stereo effect decreasing toward zero at ninety degrees left 
or right.  I'd try over/under as the viewing method.
