He sure does.

So, what is the answer?  The question is: "Do electrical
shutters inherently lead to less camera shake than mechanical
shutters?"

Specifically for RBT cameras, the X4 has a mechanical shutter
while the X3 has an electrical shutter.  Is the X3 inherently
less prone to camera shake than the X4?
