There is a new discussion list for SSA members and non-members alike.
It's easy and free to subscribe to this new list. I hope many members
join. You may instruct to receive messages individually or in a digest form
when you subscribe. 

The discussion list is primarily for SSA members, but it is open to anyone
who is interested to find out more about postal folios, to find out how
postal folios function in...Uganda or Bulgaria or to read what the experts
say. (About Bulgaria or postal folios...)
