P3D ccmail question

I've researched this a bit but so far have no answer.

There is a subscriber who has recently started using ccmail. It
insists on putting an attachment like: 

RFC822.txt 2

at the end of his messages (which listserv does not like). If anyone
on the list has a way to turn this attachment off, kindly drop
me a note.
