Available to buy??? I'd say whateve is available can be found
for less money in the USA.  As you said, there are fantastic
stereo photographic opportunities so my advice would be to
concentrate on creating your own stereo record.

There is a great collection of stereo views from Egypt,
View-Master, etc., which can guide you and perhaps take the
classic "before and after" pictures.
