I certainly understand your concern - but as far as I'm concerned, I'm
not running my web-site for a real profit. I've a regular day-job - and all
the money I "make" with the web-site is invested back into the creation
of new pages.

Recently, I added a literature database, which is growing steadily
(http://www.stereoscopy.com/database) and some more stuff will follow
soon. And the (small) profit I make with the web-site would also allow
me to pay a few dollars to set-up the mailing-list and keep it running,
free of charge for everybody.

And I can assure you that I would not place any ads at the end of each
mail posting.

Of course I would "profit" from it a little bit, because my domain-name
would be better known. However, my personal goal is to make 3D better
known in the world, so aren't we all pulling on the very same string?

Any comments are appreciated.
