I would assume part of your problem is definitely Netscape 2.1.  However, if you can get logged into Onelist you should see the page that shows what groups you're a member of.  Look at the Delivery Options column and note that your photo-3d probably shows "Individual Emails".  Click on the arrow to see what other delivery options you have available and select one of those and then save your changes.

If  you don't see this, you probably have a problem with your Netscape version.
