No, the list and it's digest are only available to members. In fact, the 
lists can be "hidden" from the general public as a whole. Again, for a small 
fee, the Onelist option can be "better" than the P3D version in that it adds 
so many more built in functions. (No offense Bob!) ;-)

Note the following about removing the advertising:

"Q. Is there a no-advertising option?
A. Yes, eGroups offers a no-ads option. For $4.95 a month (payable in a 
single annual payment of $59.40), a moderator can designate that a group be 
excluded from the standard eGroups email advertisements."

Bob, I offer to cover a few months. Anyone else?
