[photo-3d] settings

I've written better descriptions of the "minor" 3 lists which
should show up shortly on onelist. 

Also, for the time being I'm allowing a url links page on sell-3d,
going on the basis that the vast majority of these will probably 
be pointers to people offering goods and services on an extended basis.

Exhibition urls can be inclueded in photo-3d messages as people wish.

Question for current onelist moderators: It is possible to 
change the catagory classification once a list is formed? I think
moving the lists to photography:techniques:3D would be worthwhile, but
I can't seem to find a settings page to do that (it have been set in
stone when the list was created 1.5 years ago?)
