I just found out from my old neighbor that his wife will let me be the one to accompany him in his office on the 21st floor of the Smith Tower (2,000 feet from the Kingdome) on the 26th of March.  Here's an article about him and kingdome web cams < http://www.seattletimes.com/news/local/html98/webb_20000209.html >.    I am so incredibly excited I could spit!  I'm not sure what buildings are how close, so I'm not sure which set ups will work best.  Here is the view from his office with a wide angle web cam.  < http://home.sprynet.com/~sandsmar/kingdome_cam.htm >.   I think the building on the left, closest to the Kingdome is about 800
feet away.  I'll have my new RBT S1 and two Olympus OMGs on a bar.  I'll have a choice between 28 mm, 50 mm or 75-150 zoom lenses.  I think I'll stick with the 50 mm ones.  I also think that the 6 inch camera separation will be plenty too.

When the time comes I'll post images to the list on onelist.com, or mail the slides to someone who can.

I'll drive down there (I'm about 25 minutes away, including parking) next sunny day and take a series of close up stereo shots and plan the big shoot.

And to think of it, my club's next meeting will be about "slide sequences".

The only problem is that I don't think my Olympus OM G's are going to be reliable.  I don't have auto winders.  I may have to operate the Remote on the RBT S1 with my foot and do the Olympi's with my hands:)
