Lothrop B. Worth passed away at 96.
I am sure Ray '3D' Zone must be working
on a feature article about Mr. Worth.
My understanding is that Lothrop B. Worth had been
living in the Woodland Hills Motion Picture and Television
Home for some time. We should have paid him a visit.

See an incomplete list of his films at:
http://us.imdb.com/Name?Worth,+Lothrop+B.

The L.A. Daily News referred to a May interview in their
obit. Worth did work with Friend Baker developing
the Natural Vision cameras which were used on many
of the 3D films from the 1950s. Worth is pictured
filming BWANA DEVIL and HOUSE OF WAX in
the R.M. Hayes '3-D Movies' book, but in both shots
the Natural Vision cameras cover him.

Thanks for the time,
Lawrence Kaufman, mailto:kaufman3d@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
