To take the pairs I'd suggest using a tripod and the Bogen "Pro Quick
Release Adapter with Slide Plate (3273)". The locking mechanism (a
levered thumb screw) can get in the way of large cameras (my Graflex
Speed Graphic only fits in one orientation, by 5x7 camera won't fit at
all), so if the XPAN is much bigger front to back than a regular 35mm
camera you might want to try the adapter in a camera store before
buying one. This adapter will give you a maximum of about 80mm of
separation. For larger than that you might as well just pick the
tripod up and move it.

Rocky Mountain Memories sells Panoramic Medium Format mounts that
should work with this camera.

The SaturnSlide viewer (also available from RMM) would be the best
readily available viewer. (Assuming you're not going to crop the image
down to 8 perf :)
