[photo-3d] Twin cable releases for manual SLRs

I have made good experiences with two coupled air bulb releases. On my twin rig 
(2 Canon T60 SLRs) I can even use exposure times of 1/500 seconds. For this it is 
necessary to press the bulb hard and quickly. I did not have to made any 
adjustments to the twin release.
