Apparently these links are for a new(?) streaming format. I am required to 
format them that way by my ISP. They apprear to work fine in newer versions 
of IE when there is not a firewall (at work for example) that might be 
blocking streaming content. I have see this link type not work with older 
versions of Netscape which have (unfortunately) sort of become obsolete at 
this point. I read somewhere today that there is a Netscape 6 now - will 
have to try that out.

In the mean time, try using a newer version of IE - see if it helps?
