I am sorry you had a bad experience Fred, however, it is _NOT_ the rule. Bad
buyers and sellers on eBay get three chances - screw up a 4th time and you
are out of the system for life. Your negative feedback was one for this guy,
so he is one step closer to losing his right to be there.

I have completed well over 1,200 transaction on eBay in two years - all
honestly! Several on this list have done a good deal more than that. Some of
the VERY BEST deals I have ever found on 3D stuff have been on eBay. My
encouragement would be to not give up on the system, but on the other hand,
if you MUST stay away, that is one less person who the rest of us will have
to be bidding against! ;-) (JUST KIDDING!)

At any rate - can you tell us which item you bid on, so we can add it's
seller to our lists of people to avoid?
