[photo-3d] Viewer bulb questions

I've noticed that some 2.5 volt halogen bulbs are marked as .83
amp, while other are .85. I think ones I got from Dr. T. are 850
mA, while those from Steve Berezin are 830 mA. Not much
difference, obviously, but I'm wondering about the reason for
the small difference, and if both are still in production. Where
could I find a master list of available voltages and amperages
that such bulbs are available in? Also, is the "frosted" variety in
fact clear bulbs that have been Dremeled with an abrasive
wheel? That's what it looks like, so I'm wondering if frosted
bulbs are factory products, or a thoughtful improvement by our
favorite suppliers.

P.S. Around April 3rd, Onelist.com seems to have been reborn
as Egroups.com. Not knowing the details, I'm wondering if
there's an interesting story behind this. Also, how are the plans
for making the 3D lists ad-free progressing? I wouldn't mind
contributing... it would be nice to lose the "wrapping".
