[photo-3d] projecting stereo movies

Hi,

I have a data projector with about 90hz refresh rate and need to project
stereo using shutter glasses.

This is for a low budget art installation.

I have a stereo pair of movies to project. Will these need to be interlaced
or do you know how to prepare them?

Can you tell me of a product which would suit my needs. Or way to go about
this?
