[photo-3d] Beam Splitter with a Difference by Eddie Butt

I found 4 copies of the Beam Splitter article.  It is
in the Stereoscopic Society Journal issue 134, pp 2-5.
The author, Eddie Butt, shows a picture of a home-made
Tri-Delta copy and talks about it but he does not
have any diagrams or technical details, just text.
If I remember correctly, there was a follow up in a
subsequent issue.

I am pressed for time right now and cannot satisfy the
40 requests (a few from outside the US) for copies, 
plus I cannot find the original issue to make more copies, 
so I will go ahead and mail these copies to the first
4 people to ask and if someone with access to this
article can scan it and post it in p3d, that would be nice.
