Robert J. Vaughan noted "Cross eye viewing makes the images seem smaller
and distant to me probably because my eyes are converged as they would
be for small objects and my brain is fooled" and since he was talking
about film chips this is true.  Uncut slide film in Realist format is
great to preview in crosseye - even though they look so tiny.
