I thought this would take great macros of individual gypsum or 
calcite crystals. I have one particular formation in mind in 
the back of an alpine cave that would only take about six 
hours to get to with three vertical drops of about 60 feet 
each, and three belly crawls of several hundred feet each, all 
in 34 degree F air temp and active streams and waterfalls.

That's not too much to go through for a good stereo image is 
it? *{;-)
