I assume you are talking about the Kodak Stereo camera
made in the 1950s. They are great cameras. I assume
you know how to use f-stops, shutter speeds, focusing,
etc. Other than that it is just put the film in and
shoot it. My experience has been that sometimes they
get a little overexposed if you strictly follow the
"f-16 bright sunny day" rule. So if you are shooting
100 speed film on a bright sunny day, set it at f22 at
1/100 sec. Or use Kodachrome 64 and set it at f16 for
1/100 sec. Jess Powell has a book on these that is
pretty informative.

Subject: Instructional info for Kodak Stereo Camera

Hi Folks:

I just bought myself a shiny OLD Kodak Stereo
Camera. It's my
first
stereo, and I don't have a lot of previous technical
knowledge or
experience, so I'm going to need to learn from
scratch.

Other than the manual, can anyone please recommend a
good book or
two, video or other instructional source for this
particular camera?
I remember someone mentioned the changes in film, etc.
since this
camera was produced, so if you know any info regarding
modern use,
that would be ideal.

I did a search to see if this was covered before,
but didn't come
up
with anything. If this question is redundant without
my knowing
about
it, I apologize.

  Looking forward to diving in!

Best,
David Nadolski
