[photo-3d] I am back!

Hello gang!
I am back from my Easter vacation to Greece, with the following:
- 24 rolls of stereo slide film
- 2 solid hours of stereo sound recordings
- great memories!
For this trip I was traveling "light", carrying my RBT S1, a Pentax
ZM? camera with a 28mm and a 50/f4.0 macro lens, the Konica
flash, a Bogen slide bar, a lightweight compact tripod and plenty
of film! All these (and my AIWA minidisc recorder and stereo
microphone) fit nicely in my compact TEMBA camera bag.
It's the first time I used the Pentax (and I have 3 bodies waiting to
be twinned) and it worked like a charm. It is amazing how compact
and light these cameras are made and even have a winder! Hyper
from the plane was a snap! I used the 50mm lens for that (the
28mm is too wide IMO and will include part of the wing, almost
no matter where you sit!) Boris: I did photograph the Alps!
I also used the Pentax with the 28mm lens and the macro lens
for a few hand-held or slide bar stereos. Examples: To
photograph the red Easter eggs or the plate of the delicious
kokoretsi we ate on Easter day.
The S1 worked flawlessly, allowing me to capture many great
shots from strange locations.
Most of my film was Provia100F, 36 exposures. I also had a
few rolls of Sensia 100, 24 exposures.
The compact tripod is a "must" for every traveler. These were
made in Germany and they fold down to a very small and
lightweight package. Fully unfolded they are not very steady
but they are certainly better than nothing and with a little care
they can be all you need. Only $5 in camera shows (if you
can find them).
To be continued...
