As noted, Howard & Rogers is price out of the reach of most people at $140.
But it is 730 pages, goes into great depth, and almost all of it is
comprehensible to the non specialist, which is unusual for a technical book
on vision - a most complex subject.
Howard, Ian and Brian Rogers. Binocular Vision and Stereopsis. N.Y.: Oxford
University Press, 1995.

This one is dated but seems good, and there was a positive review of it in
JOSA in 1950:
Charnwood, Lord. An Essay on Binocular Vision. London: Hatton, 1950, 1964.
(It can be a mistake to reject 50 year old books on vision, much of the
basic science was well developed by then, though I'm not certain how
Charnwood's reputation has fared in modern times.)

This one is good but I haven't seen it in a long time so I can't be specific:
Reading, R.W. Binocular Vision: Foundations and Applications. Boston:
Butterworths, 1983.

However, if you can't get Howard & Rogers, I would just get as many books
as you can from the local libraries on vision, most of them have chapters
that cover it.
