[photo-3d] Camera of choice?

While I've been interested in stereo photography since I got my first
View-Master, probably 40 years ago, I've only been actively shooting stereo
for the past six years. In that time, I've tried (roughly in order):
- Franka beam splitter
- Stereo Realist 3.5
- Pentax Stereo Adapter
- Vivitar Q-dos lens
- Stitz Stereo Adapter
- Stereo Realist 2.8
- Twin Ricoh Shotmaster II rig, electronically sync'ed
- Discovery Channel Store 3D camera (approx. = Argus/Loreo)
- FED B-O-Y
I plan to add the Tri-Delta Prism adapter as soon as I can find/buy/make an
adapter ring to fit a 52mm filter holder. (I'm holding out a lot of hope
for this, especially for possible use on a digital camera someday.)
So, out of all of these, what am I taking to Disneyworld in a few
weeks? Possibly the Ricoh twin rig, but more likely the Realist 2.8.
Why? The Ricoh rig is the easiest to use, and has the highest rate of
successful exposures, including night shots, etc. However, the Realist is
utterly reliable, and very easy to carry. If I'm trotting around amusement
parks all day, I want something I can just hang around my neck and have it
handy when needed.
