After your posting, I went over and downloaded it myself.  It downloaded
fine, but two things come to mine.  One is that what I downloaded was
only 24MB so maybe one of us might have been downloading the wrong
thing.  If you meant that you had 44MB of disk space left on your disk
maybe your downloading program is downloading to a temp file then
for some reason physically copying it over to the target location, so it
needs twice the room of the file (or 48MB).  I only guess this because of
your comment about it seemingly downloading fully to begin with.

I downloaded it using "Getright" (great program btw), but it mentioned
that their server doesn't allow restarts, even though it's a good idea for
servers  with large files to do so -- that feature is one that allows the ftp
transfer to restart where it left off should the connection be broken
mid-stream without having to start completely over repeatedly.  There
are some other agents that will do something similar I think (if the server
allows it).
