[photo-3d] Stereo Workshop

Hi, I'm Chris and I'm new to the group.  I teach photography in Chicago, and
am putting together a proposal to teach a two-week workshop in stereo photo at
the Penland School of Crafts (http://www.penland.org).

The description is something like this:
3-D Art

Once the Victorian era's equivalent to television, stereo photography (3-D) is
now being rediscovered and utilized by artists.  This class will not only deal
with the making of the images (no special equipment necessary), but will show
a variety of viewing options including the construction of antique-style
viewers.  Staged imagery, non-silver processes, and assemblage will be
employed to create mixed media art works that are part photography and part theater.

The workshop would be for two weeks in the summer of 2001, in the beautiful
mountains of North Carolina, tution would be around $500 plus room.  I would
like to gauge the potential interest in such a class, so please write back to
