You need to insert a camera into the scene.  Make it a stereo camera 
by changing a setting in the "object properties" window.  Render with 
the desired settings.

I am planning to offer a live workshop on this topic at the NSA 
convention in Arizona.

I have used the program for about five years, and am currently a beta 
tester.  I have made many stereoscopic images and animations with it. 
I am not a shill for the company, and will gladly point out the weak 
points and workarounds.
