[photo-3d] Eddie Butt's article on a homemade Tri-Delta beamsplitter

I've uploaded a preliminary PDF version of of Eddie Butt's article from 
Journal 134 on his homemade Tri-Delta style splitter.  This is the article 
referred to in John Ralph's article.  This is in the files section 
(http://www.egroups.com/files/photo-3d) and titled journal134.pdf.

I still have to tweak the layout a little bit, and get the caption under 
the last picture to fit on the page.  That caption should read "One of a 
stereo pair taken as I suggest".

If anyone has further references on this, I'll be happy to do a similar 
conversion and make the results available.  In particular, Eddie Butt says 
he has made drawings which are not published in the article, but which he 
will make available to anyone who wants to build one.  Anyone have a set of 
those?  Anyone know Eddie Butt or how to get in touch with him?
