Lucky you. My early Argus has the near-worthless suction-cup septum. They
included a lousy string with the septum that you attached to the camera, and
even if the septum stays affixed (which won't be for long), the string can
accidentally stray into view of the lenses. The string's purpose is to catch
the suction cup septum when it invariably falls off of the camera. I'm
rubbing in the issue in case anyone decides to buy a Loreo or Argus to *be
sure* to verify with the dealer before you buy a one of these cameras is
that it has the twist-on septum. (I've discussed the issue with an otherwise
reputable and well-known 3D dealer, and their response was that it isn't a
problem that they are aware of. Yeh, right!)

This sounds like an OPPORTUNITY that a scalper/dealer can hark on the
"psychic network" message boards: this "extra-dimensional" camera captures
images of GHOSTS! What a feature to exploit on the gullible! And they will
BELIEVE it! SEE YOUR OWN GHOSTS! <hah hah hah > (Sorry, I couldn't resist,
but the suckers' market is BIG in the psychic community.)
Somewhere on the Web are the procedures someone developed to reduce
reflections in the Loreo. (The procedures were written a few years ago
before the introduction of the septum.) Of course, I cannot locate the URL,
but what I recall is that you have to be *extremely* careful not to paint
certain specific parts of the mirror. These are front-surfaced mirrors (not
glass) and they are impractical if not impossible to try to clean if you
accidentally drip or smudge the mirror surfaces.
In the end, the septum takes care of 95% of reflection problems. Even with
the septum in place, you do risk an occasional stray bright light source
striking the mirror and causing a little "glitch" in the corner but no
ghosts.
My tongue is back in the cheek. Uh, I guess the septum lenshade could be
re-marketeered as a "ghost filter" to the psychic community. <haha, hah,
hah, hah>
BEST regards, Todd Leghorn
