There is a book called Sky Soldier by J. Glenn. It was published by North
Florida Publishing. It has 58 pages of Stereo Views of Vietnam from 1965 -
1970 taken by the author. It comes with a lorgnette viewer. It is a
paperback, and is about the same size as Bill Walton's book. (Info from the
3-D book list on my site - currently undergoing a massive update!)
