)1 The decision to forward images to the administrator would keep
activities on schedule and much more organized. This would prevent
situations like double mailings, late mailings, image quality
discrepencies, and all sorts of problems an " honor system" would
create. :-)
2)The administrators could provide feedback to participants and make
recommendations of images that are desired, wish lists etc. 
Any realist 4p,5p,7p,8p format image would be accepted. Heat seal mounts
would be discouraged in the event an administrator or member decides to
remount the image etc.
3) Membership forms might include other useful info like type of viewer
used, other preferences could be noted also
4) All views submitted would include a description page, title and
photographer name, and useful information about the image. Submission
forms might have a section to include technical info.....type of camera,
film, F and shutter used etc. A description section to identify and
explain the image, and an " additional notes" section to tell a brief
story or anything else you would like to share.
5) This is  VERY LOW MAINTENANCE folio that allows members to slowly
collect nice images from around the US!
6) At NSA conventions, US View members can compare folios and trade
images if desired.
I think this is a fun idea, a learning experience, a chance to " leave
home" in a stereo sense and a way to start a great collection of slides.
