Thankyou for your helpful responses. I have finalized most of the folio
details for your review. Certainly opinions / suggestions are welcome
before the membership forms are printed. Here is an outline:
1) members are responsible for one image per month mailed to the FOLIO
administrator. Members can send as many slides as they wish for future
monthly distributions.
2) subjects initially limited to home city sights, architecture,
cityscapes, historic etc. The idea is to maintain the " US Views" theme.
Perhaps a "sister" folio could be created in the future to offer topics
of personal interest etc.
3) administrators ( myself and perhaps Dr. T) must approve all images.
Reasons for rejection cound be over/under exposure, other defects such
as out of focus, blocked lens and perhaps redundancy if same image is
being submitted over and over again. Images must meet criteria listed in
the membership info.
4) administator will mail images in scheduled rotation and mail all
images the same day. Members will confirm receipt of images. These
images are yours to keep.
All other notifications, confirmations etc will be handled by the
administrators. 
NO MEMBERSHIP FEE 1ST 6 MONTHS for the first 12 folks to sign up. Modest
annual fee perhaps $10 would cover some of the postage and admin. fees.
Fee to be finalized this week.
