Sounds very interesting.  This is not meant to be a bucket of cold water, but 
consider the experience of APEC: Once every THREE months, participants send 
(usually) 30 copies of ONE view to a view redistributor, who then sots them 
all out and sends packages of (usually) 30 dfifferent views received to each 
particiapnt.  It's great to receive all those wonderful views, but any APEC 
participant can tell you what a lot of work it is to prepare 30 copies of a 
view once every three months.  Many are late, some drop out at the last 
minute, most lose sleep a night or two before the deadline, etc.  It's a 
major undertaking.  Be careful of biting off more than you can chew!
