I have LCS Elsa glasses and it comes with a utility that converts even
regular bmp stereopairs (also jps), so that they can be viewed with
their LCS glasses. There is no flicker, but the viewer program is very
crude. It changes the aspect ratio to fill the whole screen. So unless
you format your stereopair to that particular aspect ratio, it will either
squash or stretch (vertically or horizontally) the image. I have scanned
in cards and viewed them directly with the viewer.
P.S. For games it is amazing!!! Flicker free and works on almost any
program that written in direct x. There are other companies that
make similar LCS glasses and trigger the glasses differently (which
can be either better or worse).
