I use the Realist red-button as a work-horse. I have about 4 of them.
It's an excellent viewer and really tough - I take them everywhere.

My favorite, I suppose, is the Wollensak/Revere - flat and brilliant
optics, with an ever-so-slightly smaller image than the Realist. The
focusing-rack encasement is bakelite, however, and tends to crack under
stress. This can usually be repaired with epoxy.

I've seen the deWijs and like it.
