FYI, my "extra" room reservation is taken. When I spoke with the
Sheraton reservation center today (at 800-325-3535), they said that the
NSA rates at the Sheraton Mesa are no longer available (these expired
6/12, I believe she said) for the remamining rooms. They did still have
a few rooms available at $79 for the first night, $69 for the next 3
nights. Also some more expensive rooms. 

To all who are able to go, have a great time! (I have other plans, but
will be thinking of you and looking forward to next year). And if any
others have reservations they aren't able to use, offer them here first
because if you cancel them they don't go into a pool of NSA rate rooms.
It was not terribly difficult to switch the name on the reservation.
