The program rules are in the final revision stage. All P3d posts were
estimated keypoints and highlights of the proposed program. Some issues
( redundancy etc.) will not be key issues to address. Alot of "
legalees" has been omitted but all the important points will be in
writing. The exchange WILL take suggestions from members at any time,
and will determine their practicality and fitness. The info will be
ready to mail next week.
The program has 4 major parts: Submissions, distributions, feedback, and
use of images.
The restrictions, however important, are very few. I'm pleased with the
final details.
