Please let's all be careful here, lest we get our Mikes mixed up.  I, 
Mike CANTER, only pointed out George's brazen admission to violating 
Federal law.  Mike KERSENBROCK responded to George's initial defense 
with one (admittedly extreme) scenario.

I have not, until now, posted another word on the subject.

ps.  If I were in Ron & George's shoes, I'd be very careful about 
inviting people to sue.  The last person I heard say that was indeed 
sued, and (although he was clearly right) the letter of the law won 
out over the spirit: he lost on a technicality and had to pay....
