[photo-3d] Rags to Riches

Okay enough foolishness with copyrights or rats, here's
a rags to riches story! Lincoln posted on this list
about a Microstar cloth that he bought awhile back. The
cloth cost only $3 and he said it worked very well
cleaning lenses.

Well, about two weeks ago I ran into a another very
interesting high performance cleaning cloth at Costco!
This one caught my eye since it was a bit pricey for
basically three rags (hence the rags to riches tie-
in!), albeit they were nice bright colored rags, but
still expensive (about $12 US for three cloths).

The packaging mentioned (trying to justify the price)
that they were unique micro-texture and cleaned without
sprays or polishes. The cloths can also be washed and
reused 100s of times.

I was about to pass on this interesting item, when
what caught my eye, was the back of the packaging
that mentioned it was safe for lenses, eyeglasses,
cameras, and binoculars! It's also good for CDs,
DVDs, and anything around the house.

Anyways, to make a long story short (hurray), I
bought it and they work great. I've posted pictures
of the front and back of the package on the egroups
web space, if anyone is interested in seeing them.
