I just got back from Scottsdale Sunday night and can verify
that it only takes about 15 minutes for the inside of your car
to go from a cool air conditioned 80 degrees to a blistering
200 degrees.
My suggestion is to buy one of those cheap throw away
styrofoam coolers and a block (cubes melt too fast) of ice and
keep your film in that. Make sure to put your film in a
ziplock bag first to double protect it from the melting ice.
You will, of course, be taking your camera with you to all
these places so it shouldn't be a problem.
By the way, I got some great macro shots of the local flora
(cactus) that I will be bringing with me. Look for the Macro
Lunch that is tentatively set for Saturday at noon if you want
to see what is going on in the world of macro stereo. Also
check out 3D Concepts room during room hopping for more macro
images in some of the finest viewers available (the only way
to truly appreciate macro stereo).
That's all for now,
