Another suggestion is get those new fold away coolers,  I got mine at
CostCo,  They fold down flat when not in use,  then just get plastic bags
for the film and get the ice.  I use mine all the time for weekend camping
trips and while it doesn't get New Mexico hot here,  the DC area is not
that comfortable in the summer either.
