in a well-made nice looking anaglyph, horizontal deviation (max 
distance between R and B borders of the R & L components the same 
object) will hardly reach 1/30 of the overall width.  
If you trim your anaglyph, the deviation of the newly obtained 
anaglyph will be the same as before in absolute, but you'll probably 
notice ghosting (due to increase of the deviation/width ratio).
