[photo-3d] How to put together a stereo slide show?

I presented a show at the NSA Convention this year that,
although full of fine images *{;-), could have been greatly
improved to make it more enjoyable for a wide range of
audiences. I asked as many people as I could for advice on
improving it and received a few (but not many) responses. I
have since searched and found that there really isn't any good
tutorials or guidelines out there for "newbies".
What I would like to do is start an ongoing discussion here
(or in personal posts to me). I figured that no one person
would be willing or maybe even able to answer all the
questions, but this collective group just might.
I will save all the posts and put them together in some sort
of organized fashion and offer it to anyone who likes. Of
course I would need each poster's permission to use their
comments (for which I would give due credit).
Some of the things we need to cover are:
Minimum/maximum total length of show
Minimum/maximum length of each image
Narration
Music
Subject matter
Fade/dissolve
Format/mounts
Etc.
That's all for now,
