[photo-3d] NuView Adapter

NuView Adapter - This adapter works with "any" video camera that has a
threaded mount - they include free adaptor rings to fit most cameras. 
It will not work in progressive frame mode but it does work in normal
mode on such a camera.  This is a great capture device for video.  A
grabbed still frame is an interlaced image.

Playback on conventional TV produces effective stereo but the flicker is
annoying.  The VRex projectors (Micro Pol)accepts the video directly and
projects with no flicker at good brightness.  Twin polarized video
projectors (with a line doubler) costs more, is brighter, and has no
flicker.
