I'm a little surprised about the lack of responses. I thought
this would be a hot topic! 

I'm sure that many guidelines are available. I only hope that
we don't stick to them too severely. My only complaint about
most of the shows at the Mesa convention was that I didn't 
have time enough to relish all the many beautiful images
presented there. I definitely disagree with the 2-3 second
rule!
