[photo-3d] Slide Shows

I'm in the early stages of putting together my first slide show, and I'd
like to stray from the traditional approach somewhat. First, I would
keep the show under 20 minutes, and eliminate the audio cues from the
audience. Also, I feel the audio is just as important as the images. I
am working on new ways to deliver quality audio to the audience. I plan
to offer 2 different audio formats for the show.
The first will utilize wireless stereo headphones worn by each audience
member. The sound will be delivered via CD player and wireless
transmitter. The beauty here is incredible audio without the heavy
speakers etc. The sound staging is impressive and the ability to produce
quality sounds is much simpler through headphones. However, the cost for
30-40 sets of phones is expensive, but not beyond consideration. There
are also maintenance factors to consider such as cleaning and
sanitation, battery charging and replacement etc. I have some $ quotes
from mfgs to supply the headphones etc.
